The ticket price includes access to all talks and the exhibition area as well as lunch, drinks, coffee or tea and snacks during the breaks.

At the day of the event, each participant will receive a conference bag with information and sponsor inserts, as well as a conference t-shirt at the registration desk. We will do our best to ensure the size specified on the registration form but cannot guarantee the appropriate size.

Please bring a valid ID, as well as your student ID with you. Your badge will be handed to you on site.
