Our sponsorship program provides a range of options, from affordable to premium packages. Although this year’s sponsorship levels are set, we’re always happy to explore any ideas or options you may have for sponsoring future conferences.

How to apply for a sponsorship
1. Download the sponsorship contract (available from March 10th – 3pm CET)
2. Fill out the form
3. Sign the paper
4. Send it to info@pgday.at
Sponsor levels
Platinum Sponsor (3 max)
As a Platinum Partner, the Sponsor is entitled to the following advertising opportunities:
- 15 minute keynote session (topic has to be confirmed by the talk committee)
- Space for an exhibition stand in the conference area approx. 4 m² (incl. table and 2 chairs)
- Acknowledgment in the Opening & Closing Statement
- Session in the Sponsor Track
- Permission to use the lettering “Platinum Partner of PGDay Austria 2025” on your website, advertising material and in press releases
- Your logo on the official PGDay.at 2025 T-Shirt (the logo will be provided by you)
- Your logo including a link to your website will be prominently displayed on the conference website (start page and sponsors page) of PGDay Austria
- Signage on stage (main room), and in speaker room
- Mention of your company in press releases
- 3 attendee vouchers
- 1 voucher with a 50% reduction for Silver Sponsorship ( eg. your business partners)
- Special mentioning in the closing event as a premium supporter (Database Deathmatch)
The cost for a Platinum Partnership is € 3.000,00 (excl VAT). Up to 3 Platinum Partners can be accepted.
Gold Sponsor (max 6)
As a Gold Partner, the Sponsor is entitled to the following advertising opportunities:
- Space in the conference area approx. 2 m² incl. table, 2 chairs, electricity access and space for a rollup (rollup is provided by you)
- Permission to use the lettering “Gold Partner of PGDay Austria 2025” on your website, advertising material and in press releases
- Your logo on the official PGDay.at 2025 T-Shirt (the logo will be provided by you)
- Your logo incl. link to your website will be displayed on the website (start page and sponsors page) of PGDay Austria 2025
- Mention of your company in press releases
- 2 attendee vouchers
The cost for a Gold Partnership is € 1.900,00 (excl VAT). Up to 6 Gold Partners can be accepted.
Silver (max 10)
As a Silver Partner, the Sponsor is entitled to the following advertising opportunities:
- Space in the conference area approx. 1 m² incl. high table, bar stool and electricity access
- Permission to use the lettering “Silver Partner of PGDay Austria 2025” on your website, advertising material and in press releases
- Your logo incl. link to your website will be displayed on the website (start page and sponsors page) of PGDay Austria 2025
- 1 attendee voucher
The cost for a Silver partnership is € 900,00 (excl VAT). Up to 10 Silver Partners can be accepted
